What currencies can I pay in?

You can choose between making you payment in Euro, US dollars or Swedish kronor.

Do your prices include tax?

All prices include VAT. For some countries outside the EU additional costs such as customs charges or other local taxes may apply, please check with your local authorities.

My discount/voucher code does not work

All discount and voucher codes are case sensitive, so please be careful with uppercase or lowercase letters when entering the code. Always press the Apply-button after you have entered the code, since this will activate your code. Make sure that the code you are using is still valid.

My gift voucher does not show the right amount

Gift vouchers only works correct with the Euro currency, so please change to Euro in the Currency drop-down menu before using your gift voucher.

I’d like to order a product, but it does not allow me to put it in the Cart

If it is not possible to select an item this means that it is not available in stock at the moment. Please sign up to our newsletter in your Account Details, you will then receive an email as soon as the item becomes available in stock.

When are products coming back into stock?

As soon as we have an estimated date of delivery it will normally be posted on the specific product page.

When will my order be sent out?

How long does the delivery take?

Please refer to the Shipping section for estimated delivery times.

How are products shipped?

Orders shipped to Sweden are delivered by DHL, orders to all other countries are delivered by UPS. All deliveries will need to be signed for.

How much will shipping cost to my address?

Depending on the country the order is being shipped to we have different rates for delivery. Please refer to the Shipping section for delivery cost to your region.

How do I get free shipping?

We offer Free Shipping Worldwide when your order value reaches €100 (approx. $105 / 900 kr).

What’s your returns policy?

You can return any product that have been purchased on Veloxwatches.com within 14 days after recieving the product, as long as it is unused and undamaged. For more information, please visit the Returns section.

I would like to return a product for another Item. How should I proceed?

It is possible to return the product for an exchange for another item. Additional payment will be required, or the difference will be refunded, if the price of the exchange item is not the same as the price of the return item. For more information, please visit the Returns section.

What does my limited warranty cover?

Please visit the Warranty and repairs section for details on what the 2 year international warranty covers.

Who is responsible for shipping costs if I need to return a watch?

For warranty repairs, the cheapest option of carriage will be repaid. We recommend that you send the products by registered post so that it can be traced.
For returned products (within 14 days) you are responsible for the shipping cost back to us, but we will refund the original shipping cost of the order.
You are responsible for the products until they are received by us. We do not accept postage to be paid on delivery.
