Normal delivery from Veloxwatches.com takes 3-5 working days. Some products are in high demand, and if sold out the warehouse staff might wait a few days if they are expecting new arrivals. DHL and Posten will deliver your order in Sweden, UPS and Posten will deliver to all other countries.
Products with a unit price below €40 (regular price) will be delivered by ordinary postal services.

Products with a unit price of €40 and above will be delivered by DHL and UPS.
Sweden: €3 (DHL)
EU countries: €10 (UPS)
Non EU countries: €15 (UPS)
We offer Free Shipping Worldwide when your order value reaches €100 (approx. $105 / 900 kr).
Carrying out the delivery
It is very important that you include the correct phone number and email address to the receiver of the order, since both UPS and DHL will need this to get in contact with the receiver before carrying out the delivery. Make sure someone is home to sign for the package otherwise UPS will not leave the package. This is done for security reasons, we want to be sure your order reaches the correct receiver. Deliveries to Sweden are picked up by the receiver at the closest DHL Service Points, the receiver will be notified of which one.
Russia and Belarus
We are unable to handle deliveries to Russia and Belarus.
If a package is unclaimed and returned to us we have the possibility to charge you for the cost of the return shipping. An invoice will be sent within 3 days of us registering the returned product/s. If a customer has more than 2 unclaimed packages they can possibly be barred from further shopping at Veloxwatches.com
